How to publish/unpublish reviews in bulk
1- First, make a product search on the main dashboard

2- Click on the product title or on the 'View' button to visualize the reviews

Click on the ‘View’ button to visualize product reviews
Or go to product page from the 'Import Review' on the left side menu
Click on the ‘Import Reviews’ to go product page
3- Search the product from the list
Choose a product to manage its reviews
Or use the search and filter tools to find the product that you want to manage its reviews
Search the product from the main search tool by its Title, Vendor, Product Type or with Published or Unpublished options
Use product filters to make a selection between products with reviews and without reviews
Search here the product by its Title, Vendor, Product Type or with Published or Unpublished options
4- On the review page, check the box to select all the reviews or select individually multiple reviews to publish or unpublish them in bulk
Click on the checkbox to select all the reviews
Select one by one all the reviews that you want to publish or unpublish in bulk
5- Click on the 'Publish Selected' or 'Unpublish Selected' from the bulk action menu
Choose from the list ‘Publish Selected’ to publish all of the selected reviews in bulk
Choose from the list ‘Unpublish Selected’ to unpublish all the selected reviews in bulk
6- Confirm the bulk action from the pop-up window
Click on ‘Yes, Publish’ button to publish in bulk the selected reviews
Click on ‘Yes, Unpublish’ button to unpublish in bulk the selected reviews
