Installing Apex Reviews product review blocks for your Shopify’s Online Store 2.0 themes
Requirement: Verify if your theme is Shopify 2.0 theme
Apex Reviews App installs by default automatically for Shopify 2.0 themes. If your theme is Shopify 2.0 theme and Apex Reviews widget sections are not installed automatically, please add manually Apex Reviews widget sections by following the steps below:
I- Verify if your theme is Shopify 2.0 theme
II- Add Apex Reviews Widget Section
1- Navigate to Online Store > Themes in your Shopify admin
Go to Online Store/Themes in your Shopify admin
2- Choose the theme you want to modify and then click Customize
Choose the theme you want to add Apex Reviews Widgets and click on Customize
3-Select Products from the drop-down menu
Select Products from the drop-down menu, then choose a product template
4- Choose the default product template or your custom product template
Choose a product template
5- Select Apex Reviews Widgets from the + Add section
5a- Add Reviews Section
Select and Add Apex Reviews from the section list
5b- Add Product Rating Section
Select and Add Apex Reviews from the section list
6- Rearrange the position of the Apex Reviews sections on your product page
To rearrange location of the sections on your page click and drag the ⋮⋮ icon next to the section

7- Save template
Save the template
